Pir has been very helpful to us during the whole process, very professional , knowledgeable, punctual, reliable person and every time I called he answered my calls no matter what day it was. Bikram was really clear regarding selling the property and what stages we would walk through. Really clear plan on how to capitalise off market, how we would work through the advertising stages and through to Auction. Luckily, he was able to get us a great price for the house before even going to market. Bikram saved us on all marketing expenses through the process, and likely a bunch of headaches and open for inspections as well!
