Boris stuck out for a very good price for our Unit even when we thought we might have to drop the price to sell it. He wasn't just after a quick sale he was after the best outcome for us. He judged the people who showed interest very well waiting until we had a serious buyer before negotiating. My wife and I have used Boris for 2 'high end' unit purchases, one sale and one rental. On sales, Boris's persistence enabled me to get both units at a very good price and both were in high demand in the market at the time. My sales experience with Boris is more recent when in 2017 he sold a recently purchased Canberra Foreshores unit at a bit under 30% above its purchase price. Boris also recently rented our investment unit on the Foreshores at the highest rate for the Block in the first quarter of 2017. I'm impressed by results and Boris has produced them for us.

We bought a house from Boris after searching for many months and after an intense few days of negotiations as several people were interested in buying the property.
