We couldn't be happier with the experience we had selling our home with Chadi. From day one, his communication was excellent. He kept us in the loop the whole way through, was always easy to get hold of, and took the time to explain what was happening and why. Selling a house can be pretty stressful, but having someone who genuinely keeps you informed makes a huge difference. What also stood out was the strategy he put together before we even went to market. It never felt like he was just trying to get the property listed and hope for the best. There was a clear plan behind everything, and it gave us a lot of confidence that we were doing the right things to get the best outcome. Where Chadi really impressed us though was during the negotiations. He's a great negotiator and worked incredibly hard to achieve a result that we were absolutely wrapped with. Looking back, we honestly don't think we would have achieved the same outcome with just anyone. If you're looking for an agent who's genuine, communicates well, has a solid plan, and knows how to negotiate when it counts, we'd have no hesitation recommending Chadi. We'd happily work with him again.

Chadi came highly recommend by a friend and he ended up far exceeding our expectations. We were on a tight schedule paired with requirements we absolutely had to meet for this sale. Chadi jumped straight into action; advised us on best sale strategy, staging of the home, organised all the necessary documentation and advertisement. On top of this, he also acted as our buyer agent which we could not have been more grateful for. All within the first few days. Chadi kept us informed throughout this process. He was very upfront with expectations, involved cost and sale price. At no point did we feel like any of the information was disingenuous. In fact, everything was explained very clearly to us and I really appreciated his professionalism, integrity and sincerity. We would without a doubt recommend Chadi to anyone wanting to sell their house. Absolutely went above and beyond and we truly couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
