Tony spent time understanding what we wanted, then clearly laid out sale expectations and a timeline that he could offer. The marketing and communication has been very professional. Although he didn't promise to have our property under contract before Christmas, he indicated it was realistic, laid out the steps he would do and worked to achieve that. He organised the initial marketing within 4 days and we accepted an offer we were happy with 2 days after that. The whole experience has been very smooth and painless. He spent the most time of the agents we approached and kept us informed during the sale.

I thought Lee was a bit cocky when he said my property was worth more than other agents were saying. But I gave him a chance to prove it and he did. I signed up for an off-market sale, where the property was not advertised, but relied on Lee's client list. He had one unadvertised home open for those clients and he sold my property within the range he said it was worth within a week of taking on the property. I am happy to recommend Lee to anybody looking to sell their property in the South Perth/Como area.

Most impressive about Lee are his communication skills and commitment to his work. We had to conduct our business across the country with a three hour time difference though this was not a problem for Lee. He made himself available at ridiculous hours and made me feel like he was happy to do it. The process was quick and stress free and I hope to work with Lee again in the very near future.
