Fantastic buying experience
Nicola was a fabulous agent to deal with. She was very friendly and highly professional. Nicola made herself readily available for a private viewing time, so that my family could visit the property. She responded to all communications in a timely manner and attended promptly to all my questions and queries, both leading up to my putting in an offer, and after the offer was accepted. Nothing was too much trouble! Nicola personally attended the pre-settlement inspection and made sure I checked everything before signing off on it. Even though technically the seller's agent, Nicola was very supportive of me as the buyer, providing professional, supportive and caring advice. She even called in to see that all was okay after I'd moved in, and delivered a gift basket of goodies. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicola.

Tony and Nicola got us our dream house
We ran into Nicola Tobin on one of our many weekends scouring the South Perth and Como home opens. Nicola let us know about a great property coming up in Como listed by Tony and Nicola. We managed to get a sneak preview as we had challenges attending listed home opens. We made an immediate offer. Tony and Nicola worked diligently with the vendors to have our offer accepted promptly, with the good news immediately communicated. The entire experience with Bourke's was a lesson in presentation, customer service and professionalism. Additionally, the support staff were fantastic and ensured there were no issues in completing settlement smoothly. Tony and I had met at a number of previous hone opens and he took the time to know what our property needs, aspirations and budget was. Nicola really jumped through hoops to accommodate all our requests and help us get our home. Special mention to Bourke sales agent Kyle Moran who was our initial contact at Bourke's. Kyle worked with us on a number of other properties that we ended up not purchasing and stayed in touch through this process. We always felt like a member of Bourke's team was looking out for us through the entire process. If you're looking to buy or sell I highly recommend the team at Bourke's.
