We weren’t impressed with Tony. Felt he wasn’t taking us seriously though the process. Tried to take us for a ride, wasn’t helpful in negotiating settlement and didn't have any time for us after the sale. The bottle of wine and esky softened our distaste, but we definitely wouldn’t use him if we were looking to sell in the future.

It was a wonderful experience to deal with Steven when we were buying our first home. He was very professional, honest and helpful. The house had a nine months tenancy agreement when we purchased it. We highly recommend Steven to anyone about to sell their home. Steven listens to you and makes a point of understanding the outcome you need. He is confident in his knowledge of the area, he knows and understands the people looking to buy in the area. We had a set price in our minds and he had the confidence to achieve that price. Which he did and higher than expected. Steven kept in touch with us through the entire process and helped out to make things easy for us with arranging the cleaners etc. Nothing was too much trouble. He guided us well in how to prepare the house for the sale. He is also an active member within his community which is an important quality. Steven has great marketing strategies and provides positive and timely feed back from each opening. He has the confidence to take on a sale price that other agents fear to try.
