Tony provided real estate advice about the Como area for over 3 years before we finally decided to sell. His knowledge of the Como/South Perth area is one of the reasons we signed with him. After receiving a few quotes from other agents, his commission was one of the slightly higher ones. Regardless, we decided to go ahead with Tony and the result was worth it. We sold in over a week for more than we were asking for. As we are skeptical about online reviews, for the record, Tony is not a close friend or family. Our experience with Tony was great. he showed us two properties and in both times he was very knowledgeable, quick with his replies and extremely helpful. The buying process was nice and smooth and he was very available with the times he could show us the properties as we both work full time and it can be inconvenient at times.
