We were very skeptical when we started looking for an agent to sell our home, we saw a few of Steven’s signs around, looked at his reviews and booked a time to meet with him. From that first meeting we knew Steven was our agent! Professional, polite and tentative to our questions or concerns. The process was explained to us and our expectations were managed around the process and what it would look like. Then came Sandra and Alexandra. Who were clear, precise and excited to work with us. We loved the fact we were kept in communication with what was happening from the first offer to accepting. Which was great, because we were not left wondering where things were or guessing. Selling in the current environment means you have a lot of buyers, willing to pay the price. To me that part is easy. It’s the service, care and support we invested in. We never felt rushed to make decisions and the team was always very respectful that we were both the seller and respectful of us both needing to make a decision. Which I hold in very high regard. On finding our new home, settlement and moving day we felt supported. Even if we needed advice on the other end when things got tricky.
