I found Tony to be an excellent agent in selling my property, for the following reasons: 1. Personable: Tony is not only professional in his dealings, but he was a pleasure to discuss any questions or concerns I had. The house I was selling required some renovations and Tony excelled in coordinating this in my absence. 2. Knowledgeable: Tony knew the current market and the price that the house could be sold for, with and without some renovations. He was on the ball when it came to what the current market was like and honest in his appraisals. There were questions that I posed that he did not know the answer to, but instead of making up an answer as I have found people to do, Tony answered honestly with "I don't know but I'll go and find out". This always resulted in a prompt reply to the question within 24 hours. 3. Kept me up to date: This was true throughout the process of selling, from the time we discussed selling of the house, through to the renovations that were needed, through to the home opens, through to the final settlement. Tony always kept in touch at least on a once to twice weekly basis, and on one particular week, on a daily basis. Tony was able to sell my house, obtain a good price and for this alone I was happy. However the service he provided went above and beyond the service levels I expected. This makes him an excellent agent and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Steve is a pleasure to deal with and he literally took my hand and guided me through the process as I'm interstate and it made it more challenging with the time difference. Steve met with my family on different occasions as they were my 'eyes' for viewing several properties and they are also happy with Steve's assistance. Highly recommend to the property novice, who is looking at purchasing. Steve's local knowledge was also a huge plus, living in the same area.

Tony recently sold my apartment, he manged to get us a fabulous result in a tight market. His point of difference lies within his ability to provide impeccable service , something which I believe is missing with other selling agents I've used in the past. He was very thorough with following up potential buyers and always made contact with me after each home open, followed by a detailed report outlining potential buyers and their feedback. He is genuine in his approach which attributes to his ability to build great rapport with buyers and sellers alike. Alan provided a very professional, courteous and understanding service. While the sale process took a little longer than expected (mainly due to market conditions versus my pricing) Alan and his team were as rigorous, enthusiastic and dedicated throughout the entire sales cycle as they were on day one. Alan was up to date with all matters real estate and had a good sense of where the market was heading, subsequent events have proved him to be spot on. Alan also had access to a great deal of resources for all those jobs that are needed to get a house ready for sale, no matter what the problem he had a solution. Alan was very professional from the beginning to the end. The property sold for the price right in the middle of his valuation range. An offer was received at the first home open and a second one which I accepted at the second home open. The photographer he chose was exceptional and subsequently the photo for sale board out the front really showed the house to its best advantage. This was important as it was at the rear of the block. This was my 4th property purchase/sale with Alan and would not use any one else. Would definitely recommend him.
