Dear Chadi Firstly sorry for the delayed response, I've been away and then it was my son's wedding, so my mind was on other things -- sorry about that. The review.... I already highly recommend Chadi to everyone I know. He sold both our properties for the price we wanted, and in each case it was within a week of them going on the market!!!! He knows the market by doing a lot of research on properties in the area, and he offers very helpful advice regarding preparing the property for sale and then the presentation -- resulting in excellent photos! He's a very amiable person and was very good at communicating every step of the way. He's also an excellent negotiator!! My daughter is already in touch with him about selling her house.
