Impeccable & Personalised Service
From the Day of Purchase to Now, it feels as though I am part of a Family. Where most Real Estate Agencies fail, Boutique sets the highest of Standard to All its Customers, owners and / or occupants. Great Team

Breath of fresh air
Suraj from Boutique Estate Agency was recommended by a family member. He has a great knowledge of the local area and pleasure to deal with. Dealing with Jake the property manager is a breath of fresh air. He managed to get the our property leases within 3 weeks and takes care of the tenants needs. Friendly staff with a great attitude, I would recommend to family and friends.
Jake has been exceptionally friendly, well spoken and professional. He has been very easy to reach on the phone and understood my concerns easily. The agency has great policy documents and have been informative throughout the entire process of obtaining the property to finding a tenant. The recent handover between agents could have been better, the communication of the tenant vacating was not received as expected. It would have been good to have an exit check-list that could have been confirmed and communicated from the first agent to myself upon the first tenant vacating. Overall Boutique Estate Agency has been great so far, I would recommend them to family and friends. A big thank you to the team at Boutique Estate Agency for taking good care of my property and tenants.

Great Agency! Even greater Property Manager!!
If you want to look for an outstanding and extraordinary agent, then look no further! Jake and the team at Boutique Agency has been nothing but great in terms of finding me a new tenant for my property. Communication has been A1 and the service is second to none!
