Steve Marolda was the vendor's Agent for an apartment that I recently purchased. Steve was very helpful in providing information on the apartment and advised on the process of submitting offers to purchase, through the Boutique Estate Agency's Website. Steve was then very professional in following up with progress updates when my offer was accepted, facilitating the sale process with the vendor, and completing all documentation leading to a successful purchase.
