About us

Previously known as Bowman & Graham Real Estate, this agency commenced trading on 15th August 1997 as a partnership between Maxine Bowman and David Graham. In 2015 we had a name change to Bowmans Real Estate which saw our branding and logo updated to something more modern with fresh and funkier colours. Our agency covers all aspects of Real Estate including residential, rural and business sales as well as residential and commercial property management. Maxine Bowman is also a licensed auctioneer who is very capable of handling the auction of your property. Bowmans Real Estate's share of the Real Estate market has grown very rapidly within a very short period of time and our business portfolio now includes a large number of managed residential and commercial properties as well as a large share of the residential sales market in the Griffith and surrounding suburbs area. However, our success has not happened over night! Maxine is a well-known local resident and has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and looks forward to many more years of assisting her clients in finding the home of their dreams. Unfortunately, our beloved director David 'Spider' Graham passed away on the 22nd May 2012. He is and always will be sadly missed by everyone at Bowmans Real Estate and the local community. We believe that our dedication to our customers and our approachability combined with our marketing techniques have endeared our agency to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Repeat business and excellent customer service is a good way to measure customer satisfaction and we are happy to say that a large bulk of our business is acquired in this way. Speak to anyone who has experienced the PROCESS of buying or selling Real Estate and often their findings are a combination of stress, disappointment and ultimately compromise. One of our many goals here at Bowmans Real Estate is to ensure your next move is a positive one. Our company was founded around one simple mission “To deliver RESULTS that exceed our clients EXPECTATIONS”. We have created 'Best Practice Systems' that provide solutions and satisfaction to your most desired wants and needs. “Disappointment is the difference between what a client EXPECTS and what the agent DELIVERS”. Our company has thoroughly researched what a client requires from their agent. What they have told us is that they are craving a 'professional' who can 'listen' to their individual wants and needs and provide solutions for them! Choose the right Real Estate ... Choose Bowmans Real Estate!

Very happy!

We couldn’t be happier with Michelle and Sophia from the Bowmans team. They manage both of our rental properties and have been fantastic to deal with from the very beginning. They helped us find two lovely families to rent our units, and the entire process was seamless. They are always prompt, transparent, and honest, which is exactly what we value. Their communication is excellent, and we have complete confidence in them managing our properties. We highly recommend Michelle, Sophia, and the Bowmans team to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and trustworthy property management team. Thank you both!
