Previously known as Bowman & Graham Real Estate, this agency commenced trading on 15th August 1997 as a partnership between Maxine Bowman and David Graham. In 2015 we had a name change to Bowmans Real Estate which saw our branding and logo updated to something more modern with fresh and funkier colours. Our agency covers all aspects of Real Estate including residential, rural and business sales as well as residential and commercial property management. Maxine Bowman is also a licensed auctioneer who is very capable of handling the auction of your property. Bowmans Real Estate's share of the Real Estate market has grown very rapidly within a very short period of time and our business portfolio now includes a large number of managed residential and commercial properties as well as a large share of the residential sales market in the Griffith and surrounding suburbs area. However, our success has not happened over night! Maxine is a well-known local resident and has been active in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years and looks forward to many more years of assisting her clients in finding the home of their dreams. Unfortunately, our beloved director David 'Spider' Graham passed away on the 22nd May 2012. He is and always will be sadly missed by everyone at Bowmans Real Estate and the local community. We believe that our dedication to our customers and our approachability combined with our marketing techniques have endeared our agency to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Fabulous communicator, respectful and considerate

Michelle and Maxine from the first meeting was very respectful, caring and gentle when I was considering selling my family home. Michelle’s marketing and general sales knowledge is incredible. Being elderly Michelle was respectful of my age and listened to my needs and was utterly professional.
