It has been an absolute pleasure renting through Jenna at B&G. She happily did a virtual tour of the rental for us prior to starting the lease since it was very difficult for either my husband or myself to be there in person (due to where we were relocating from on the coast). Jenna has been consistently approachable with queries throughout the tenancy period. We are disappointed to not be having her as our property manager again for our next move but have already expressed that we would love to buy a property from her in the future due to our positive experience. Michelle and Jenna have been managing my investment property for me keeping my place occupied with good tenants and in good condition.
