I bought 1600 acres 50 kms out of Oberon and Greg gave me a map which guided me through the property perfectly, another map with no phone signal got me to the front gate from Sydney without an issue. He kept me informed through the negotiation period and guided me nicely to reach my end result. I couldn't have asked Greg to be more honest and straight up. We have been looking for the right property for close to 2 years. I called Greg regarding a property and he asked some pertinent questions regarding what we were looking for and our intended use. He immediately advised the property I called about was not correct. He requested that if we were doing inspections already on Saturday (we were) then we should look at another property. We discussed the property in detail and determined it was worth viewing. We viewed and loved the property. This was a property we would have passed over as it did not meet some of our criteria. It was only through Greg's knowledge of the area, the property and his expertise in using our requirements to present to a property we thought unsuitable.
