We found Andrew to be an excellent person to deal with. He is friendly, outgoing and puts you at ease while dealing professionally with the business side. The advertising for the property using drones was very effective. Andrew was on duty whenever prospective clients wanted to view the property. He has a wide knowledge of the market and provides the vendor with market evaluations and updates. He is right up to date with his knowledge of current rules and regulations. His use of the online auction site was very effective considering the firm had not long started using it. (I would recommend online auction as a good way to sell a property). He relates to and works well with the other members of his team. We would use Andrew's services again.
