Their leasing advice has been exceptionally good in terms of market knowledge, marketing strategy, setting the price and executing with excellence. From an ongoing management perspective, they are wonderful at just taking care of things - I don't hear from them very often and when I do, it is for a quick approval and then it's back to them to get the job done. Which is just how I like it!!

A wonderful agency to deal with as a tenant. Very accessible and efficient in attending to all maintenance concerns, and happy to assist or liaise with homeowners on the curlier issues that occasionally crop up. In 5 years Robyn and her team have never been anything but accommodating and understanding in dealing with our concerns as a young family creating and maintaining our home in a rental.
