Recently my new client viewed an apartment at 4.15pm which was listed by the Leasing Team at BradfieldCleary. My client submitted the application immediately and before 5.00pm there was feedback from the team that the application would be processed the next morning. By 10.00am the deposit was paid and my clients had secured their first apartment to lease in Sydney. They were told how tight the rental market was and how slow agents are to process applications. Cooper made the process very easy for me. He was very quick with his responses to queries and accommodating in finding times to view. He was knowledgeable about the premises and helped me with application questions and paperwork. During the application process and at the start of the tenancy, he was very responsive to requests to a fix a couple of small things. Hans has been doing an amazing job with managing our property. We are always kept up to date with any changes or movements with our tennant or property. Hans also provides guidance in regards to marketing and rental value. Recently Hans did a great job in finding a new tennant in quick time after receiving notice.
