Our purchase of was uncomplicated and painless and Georgia handled the negotiations in a most professional and business like manner. Eventually deciding to rent our property (and pursuant to Georgia's advice) we made contact with Damian Dal Busco at BradfieldCleary. What a relief to discover an agent who understood our needs, the calibre of tenant we required and our concerns achieving this given our distance from Sydney. Suffice it to say, Damian located a tenant seemingly tailor made for our requirements within 72 hours of our request and subsequent arrangements have been trouble free. Our agent, Cooper, was highly professional and accommodating. He stayed back on inspection day to show us through as we were running slightly late. He then had our application viewed and approved by 9am Monday morning and was patient as we weighed up our options. Efficient and highly commendable!
