If the rare situation arose that he was unable to answer a niche question, he would endeavour to find out and what always get back to me before the day was out. They have professionally and helpfully dealt with issues of property maintenance in a timely manner using reasonably priced and competent tradesmen together with providing pragmatic advice as to terms of rental agreements and rental rates using a solid and informed understanding of market trends. That understanding has allowed me to secure tennants even in 'difficult' markets with the minimum periods of unoccupancy. The team is responsive and very easy to deal with.
