I thought William was very professional but very personable and reassuring and positive.He got us the asking price which I thought was very realistic in the current market and remained positive when offered much less from the initial offer. The property was sold very quickly which suited us and the price was good. I would definitely recommend William to anyone thinking of selling their property, especially in the Eastern Suburbs.

The property we purchased needed work; Will went out of his way to put us in touch with builders. He showed us the property about 8 times and did not complain once about us constantly calling to see it. He was honest and open about price expectations and also kept us in the loop with all other interest in the property. He was a real pleasure to work with and we couldn't have asked for a nicer and more amicable real estate agent to work with!

We appreciated Mark's timely and honest response to our inquiry. He negotiated strongly on behalf of the vendor but was understanding of the purchaser's position, which resulted in achieving an agreement. He was respectful in presenting the vendors position which assisted early alignment. I'd feel very comfortable as a vendor or purchaser in working with Mark again.
