After being one of the under bidders at an auction he ran...there were 6 registered bidders, the property sold for m a huge result which went beyond our budget, he called the next morning at 7.30am with news of another property in the block which he could show us. 3 days later we’d bought through mark the other property not yet on the market. It’s the first time in ages an agent has called to go beyond and service a buyer...refreshing!
