I had such trust in Katrina's strong work ethic and felt Katrina worked extremely hard to achieve an outstanding result in the sale of my deceased Mother's estate. I found it very emotional and Katrina having such a caring nature went above and beyond in not just the sale of the property but also in emotional support. As a buyer it is often difficult to get information out of some agents, where they claim ignorance to many questions. Mark was the opposite! He constantly went back to the vendor answering any questions we had about the property and strata, even getting some info in writing.
