Katrina, was selected from a long list of local agents we had interviewed. Originally, my wife and I gave her the gig as we loved her energy, positivity, the way she presented and of course her passion for property and knowledge of the area. We were wowed during the pre-styling and showing phase with her preparation and attention to detail in arranging everything as we are time poor and she took all the stress and hard work of our hands. Katrina made it all easy for us providing options for and then organising and being available whilst diff stylists, removalists, gardeners, window cleaners, marketing, photographers and others came through to make our place present as best it could be. Next came the showing of the apartment. She was fab, not only in tirelessly taking everyone through and making many outside the normal showing times meetings but also in the way she would regularly update us with progress on how it was going after each showing. Just as important as all the above is the bottom line i.e. results!!
