My property was on the rental market for 2 months which is the longest in the 10 years I have owned and rented it out. I received automatic property reports after each inspection. I was told there were over 33 applications but seems only 3 of those applications were suitable to present to me and the applicants had found something else in the time it took for the agent to let them know they were successful. When I looked at the date of application compared to when I received it it was over 10 days. Seems a long time to me. I was told they would organise new photos when the tenants moved out. However, this never happened until I followed up and asked when the photos were happening. Then they got done within a few days. The leasing agent told me the weekly rent they would advertise. I said I thought it was too high but they convinced me it was priced right. When the home didn't get rented over a month later I asked a second agent at the agency he said oh yeah definitely too high. He wanted to drop it down by $40! I said I wanted to leave the agency however the property manager I had dealt with for years convinced me to stay. Michelle is an absolute gem and I knew she always had been great with the rental side. However when she didn't respond to my email of the front door being unlocked I was told she has left the agency. Feel very let down and disappointed with Brand at the moment. I had emailed and chatted to the agency about this as I am not a fan of reviews. However the response I got was a sorry and will pass this feedback on to the team. However the mysterious team has never gotten in touch with me.
