Every dealings with Brand property so far has been really smooth sailing helpful and friendly. Went to inspect one house for rent, stayed the whole aloted time to get the feel of the place and talk to Craig about the area. Then a few days later we'd gotten the call that we were approved. Everything happened so quickly but it was a huge relief and exciting. Very pleased.

We were looking for a rental place urgently fro an intercity move. Brand had a good selection of properties on their books. We found the one we liked best and Brand had us a contract and the keys within 3 days. We were delighted! A great team and a great experience.

The realestate agents that showed both properties almost 2 years apart both had the same professionalism and kindness. Answering all my questions and ensured the application process was easy and stress free. My partner and I are currently awaiting our new lease to be drawn up and Brand has promptly answered all my emails and kept us updated. I do recommend Brand property Toukley. My current PM Brooke and another agent Craig have been great to me so far and I have no complaints.
