I am a first time renter moving out of home, this came with a lot of emotions. Brand was one of the many realestates I had been in contact with over the period of a week and easily one of the best. I inspected a home & applied within the same day, I was approved within 3 days. With all the many questions I had throughout those few days Brand were able to provide knowledgeable answers and keep me updated every step of the way.
