He was very prompt with all communications, kept us in the loop throughout the entire application process, even when the Covid-19 restrictions threw some curve balls, Aaron continued to keep us informed. He also made sure that we could get in to see the property as safely and promptly as he could facilitate. We have had some difficulty with communication from property managers and listing agents previously and Aaron was a breath of fresh air in comparison.
