The best Agent I have worked with ever
Shaun actually contacted me to ask if I was interested in selling my investment property, he gave me an appraisal and sold the property for even more. He was very easy to work with and kept me fully informed the whole way through, we had a couple of hiccups along the way with the buyer, he worked them all out in quick time with no fuss at all. The best Agent I have worked with ever and I have brought and sold quite a few homes or investment property. Thanks Shaun brilliant job. KT

'HIGHLY RECOMMENDED'
Matt is very knowledgeable. We only owned our investment for a couple of years, didnt know much about the area but Matt gave us a bit of history and also current market trends. When we asked him to list for sale he was efficient in providing clear and prompt communications. We challenged him with a price that we wanted and Matt came through. The house sold within the 1st week and are so grateful. Highly recommend Matt and the brand team(who has managed rental for the property) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

'He was amazing to deal with'
We purchased a house for which Matt was the vendors agent and he was amazing to deal with. He made time for us to view on a Sunday, kept us in the loop and was always available to answer our questions and to assist with the exchange process. Matt is simply the best agent !
