Viewing and leasing property was fine. However, after second night of staying in the house, (first poor of rain) garage flooded extremely badly and when we approached the real estate about the issue as we were not told that the garage is prone to flooding, sadly they told us it was our fault in a way cause we didn't have everything inside the house. There is not room for storage in the house so the garage is the next best thing, we have now lost quiet a bit of personal belongings such as a dinning table set and a 6 speaker surround sound system amoung more. The only help we were offered was that they will call the landlord but even that didn't sound promising.
