Great communication, would definitely recommend!
Matt helped us to sell our house as part of a divorce settlement. He kept both myself and my ex informed at every step of the sale process, from listing to open homes and offers. His knowledge of the local area and his professional, reliable manner, secured us a sale in an unstable market in much less time than we expected. We were also impressed that he got us a sale price higher than we were happier to accept. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt Raveneau as the real estate agent to sell any of my local friends or families homes!

Highly recommend utilising Matt as an agent and/or purchasing through Matt.
This was my first experience purchasing property and I can not recommend Matt enough. I was liasing with alot of agents and viewing alot of properties but Matt's approach left me very impressed. Matt was knowledgeable, open, honest and prompt with responses.

SALE OF OUR PROPERTY
We found Matt to be very professional and understanding of our needs throughout the process of selling. He was always keeping us informed and keeping in regular contact with us. Matt sold our house within 2 weeks of being on the market! At times Matt was more like a counsellor throughout the process, as it was stressful time for us, being our first family home.

As the principal of George Brand Andre is excellent in what he does. He looks after me.
