We have just sold our first property with Andre. In the past we had only bought several investment properties with him. His professionalism in selling us the previous properties guaranteed that whenever we had anything to sell we would definitely be using him. As an investment buyer we found that Andre was one of the few agents who was pro-active in approaching us with properties that he thought we might be interested in. We registered our interest with several other agencies in the central coast however Andre was the only one who ever contacted us with new properties. When we went to sell our property, his service was also exceptional. The house sold on the first open day and I believe that a lot of that Andre is very good at evaluating the people who come through the inspections. We were kept up to date at every step of the way.
