This is the 4th home Andre has sold for my family after switching to him from another agency. I wouldn't use any other agent for any future property sales or purchases. It can be tempting to go with other agencies offering lower rates or online no fee agencies. The extra money in your pocket would be nice, however more often than not they don't have what it takes to get the job done and you waste time being locked into a contact with the wrong agent. If you want your home sold quickly, with minimal stress and achieving great financial results, then Andre is your man!
