We think very highly of Samantha, and would definitely recommend her to other prospective vendors.
When we decided to put our house on the market we called a number of local agents. Samantha Kubecka of George Brand Toukley stood out by far as she was very professional and so friendly and approachable. Within 3 days we had a very professional real estate analysis in our hands showing us comparable homes sold/for sale in the area. Due to her wealth of knowledge in the local housing market and her strategies, our house was sold within a few days of being on the market. Samantha has been extremely helpful and has kept us informed with regular updates before and throughout the sale. The sale price was beyond our expectations. We are very happy customers. We think very highly of Samantha, and would definitely recommend her to other prospective vendors.

Great experience
