Sold our home at Seven Hills on the Friday 30th September had not looked at any properties on the Central Coast till the Friday night, there were a few we decided to go to the open homes on the Saturday 1st November, the first home we looked at was advertised with George Brand Real Estate, Andre was the agent easy going friendly and so confident with the beautifully presented home we spoke to him about the area and Andre was very helpful told him this was the first property of the day we had looked at, and we were very interested but still had a few open homes to look at. We decided to make an offer on the house at Tuggerawong as the home was in a very quiet location and had plenty of rooms for us and our caravan. Andre called us after speaking to the owners who accepted our offer we went back to Andre's office and signed the contract to purchase the property. From the outset Andrea and his team were very professional, they made us feel comfortable that our family home of 26 years was in the right hands to achieve maximum sale price.
