Andre has had the Rental Agency of my property for approximately 12 years. When I decided to sell it he gave us an honest and fair appraisal, not an over inflated price compared to other agents in the area. After the Tennants vacated the property it was repainted and new carpet. Andre placed the Townhouse on the market on the Thursday and by Monday after several offers it was sold on the Tuesday. A great and quick result with very little hassle. Settlement went through without any issues. Contact maintained throughout this period. I would thoroughly recommend Andre in selling any property. This is the second one he has sold and with the same professionalism. Excellent sales person.
