I purchased my house through George Brand in 2012. When it came to sell I went back to them for an appraisal. Andre arrived on the Friday and I was so impressed with his knowledge of the market that I engage him to sell the property. Things happened very quickly after that. Photographs were taken on the Monday, the sign was up on the Friday and the first inspection, the Saturday. And the following Tuesday it was SOLD at a price far exceeding my expectations. I have since recommended Andre to friends who are contemplating selling their property.

We selected Andre as our agent because of his clear, logical presentation of the strategies he proposed to use in selling our house for the best price. Once he took on the job we were very impressed by his continual communication of any developments that occurred.
