We selected Andre as our agent because of his clear, logical presentation of the strategies he proposed to use in selling our house for the best price. Once he took on the job we were very impressed by his continual communication of any developments that occurred. In hindsight his prediction that the best buyers would surface in the first week, and that starting at a lower price would attract buyers who would then negotiate the real market value, went exactly to plan.
