Susan and her colleagues at Brant and Bernhardt managed the sale of my parents’ property in Maleny. It was a complicated process as my parents are UK citizens, who had been resident in Australia for many years and were relocating to the UK. Susan handled the process with great care and despite the difficulties presented by the time differences we always felt in very good hands. The sale price achieved was in line with the advice that we received and was obtained in a tough market and all the particulars of the sale were very efficiently handled. All in all, this was a very positive experience and not only were we able to rely on Brant and Bernhardt’s support and professionalism with the sale process, but we also had the reassurance that the property was being regularly inspected so that we could act on any concerns. I would add that we were very well treated as clients and Brant and Bernhardt showed my parents great kindness in a very stressful time for them and we remain very grateful for this.
