It was perfect for my needs and we negotiated an agreement which suited both seller and buyer. Susan guided me through the purchase process and settlement was completed without difficulties. It was the extra information that really makes Susan stand out. She was very generous with sharing the contact details of local trades people, where I could source things required, all necessary information when new to an area.
