Always dependable, reliable and a nice guy to boot

Professional and caring service

Having to sell our wonderful Aunt's unit in Bondi was a difficult decision. I had no hesitation in contacting Pat Cirillo to sell this unit. Rental management and Property Sale

Pat manged our rental property for over two years during which time he showed a professional, efficient and timely manner in fixing any problems that arose in attending to maintenance, payments and paperwork. Pat demonstrated the same qualities when we asked him to list the same property for sale. He was professional, calm and honest and went out of his way to make the whole process stress free. His knowledge regarding the current market and his ability to communicate well on all matters regarding the sale was outstanding. I would highly recommend him.

Good market knowledge, communication was excellent, Pat makes you feel comfortable.

Pat presented us with market intel about our area so we were comfortable with the advertised price of our property. Pat always phoned us straight after every open house inspection to keep us updated on any interest shown. Pat made suggestions of completing small improvements that we could do to make the property more attractive, this included renting new furniture to show the home, as this property was previously a rental. Pat negotiated with the prospective buyers to enable us to make a sale that both parties were happy with. He has a great passion for his customers and I believe being a smaller operator gives you the feeling of being looked after on a personal level but with all the knowledge and expertise that you do not find with larger firms.
