Selling a house can be a minefield of tension, uncertainty and high range stress however Jasmine made it all so easy with her market knowledge, marketing skills, and buyers ready to go in her back pocket. It was a smooth trip through the auction process for me, I can honestly say I had no anxiety at all not even on auction day, such was the confidence I had in her and her team. Her work ethic is strong - messages and emails would reach me between 6.30am and 8.00pm every day of the week. She would call me immediately after every open house with a rundown of the clients inspecting and her opinion on them. There are some good agents in Balmain, but if you’re after the one that works the hardest for you and is a delight to work with, choose Jasmine, you won’t regret it.
