We had such a positive experience when purchasing a home that Jack was the selling agent for that we engaged him to sell our old home too. Jack is measured, hard working and has great knowledge of the local market and trades people. He was always honest and upfront about the conditions we were selling in. He was also heavily involved in organising the fixing up and staging of our home on an incredibly short time frame and still managed to delivered us a brilliant result. He has incredible emotional intelligence which I believe gives him the edge when making genuine connections with both buyers and sellers in the area. Our advice would be to go with Jack and follow the instructions he gives you, he knows what he is doing!
