Scott worked hard on our behalf

Hi Scott, I've already sent a review through for both of you on Andrew's feedback request. I think you both worked pretty hard on this but as a seller I'd obviously would have liked a higher selling price. 2 York Place just sold for around $1.52 so I wonder what the difference was here given that we sold earlier and maybe in a slightly hotter market! You did a great job at the end when we had the 2 serious buyers moving the price up to where we landed - well done.

Andrew and Scott worked hard on our behalf

It was quite a drawn our process as we first started marketing the house in Q4 2016 and then finally selling in March 2018. However, both Scott and Andrew were doing their best in terms of getting people through our house. We ended up at a selling price a bit below what Scott had predicted ($1.45-1.55M). Hard to predict where it would end up! Good to see a bit of negotiation at the end where Scott got us to $1.415 - well done.
