I found Romany to be a terrific person to work with: efficient, non nonsense, gave great advice, and got me an excellent price. I was selling while living overseas, so I was not on hand to deal with the tenant in my apartment and other in -person matters. Romany dealt with the tenant (who had been a very good tenant for years) with respect and care. The whole process was remarkably smooth. I recommend her very highly! Romany has an extensive knowledge of the market and the buildings of Elizabeth Bay / Potts Point, and has plenty of existing clients looking to buy in the area. The entire process was extremely easy and stress-free for me, especially considering I was overseas at the time and in a completely opposite time zone.
