Guido Scatizzi helped us sell our property and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him - from the moment we contacted him, he had a great handle on how best to present our home in the current market. He negotiated with tenants, and had our house painted, landscaped, staged and photographed in 10 days. Our house looked beautiful. We always felt that Guido kept us in the loop about all aspects of the house, from market trend, open houses and offers. We ended up going to auction and we are happy with the results.
