There's not much we do in our lives, (besides partnering and probably having children) that is as important and possibly stressful as selling property or purchasing property. This is the big ticket item in our lives and when you choose an agent for either of those things, you'd better make sure it's the right one. I found the right one. Selling or buying, the stresses are the same and it's worth thinking, on the other side of your sale, is a buyer who also is worried about the process. This duality was brought home to me after choosing to sell with Bresic Whitney's Frederico Frago-Matos and his team. At all times Frederico, Alessandro and Charline made me feel both connected to the process and important in it, and I know from talking to them that they also treated my successful purchaser the same way. I have sold and bought a few times in my life, but in these digital times, I realised how much work Frederico and his team actually put in.
