Brad was great for us. We were new to buying and unsure with many of the rules and even with the situation with the market. He doesn't pamper or mislead you with his words. He told us a couple of things about the market and strata with the unit. We didn't believe him at first. But, he was spot on. We got our apartment above our budget price, but that wasn't his fault. It was the crazy market... but we ended up getting the apartment we wanted. He handled everything professionally. He was consistent and attentive. Helped us through the hunt, even though we missed out on a couple. I forgot to mention that it was easy transition from the auction to picking up the keys. No nonsense compared to all the stories we've heard about other friend's experiences with purchasing. We have recommended him to others and if I was to buy again, I would look to him again. Today was settlement day on our home of 25 years - it now belongs to another couple! Our journey began in February when we interviewed three different real estate agencies in order to find a company and individuals we could work with on this legistical, physical and emotional journey. I can't speak highly enough of Chris Nunn as my selling agent. From our first meeting, we were immediately impressed by Chris’ professionalism and confident in his ability to obtain a great sale result. At the first meeting, Chris took the time to comprehensively discuss alternative marketing strategies (including the pros and cons of each) and his previous experiences, which ultimately allowed us to make informed decisions that were critical to the sale of the property. The marketing campaign implemented by Chris and the BresicWhitney team was second to none – particularly the premium photographs and brochures. Throughout the campaign, Chris provided us with regular vendor reports and advice, which kept us up-to-date on buyer feedback/interest and the need for any necessary changes to the marketing strategy. Following a relatively short marketing campaign (21 days), Chris was able to negotiate the sale of our property prior to auction.
