I never expected to have an experience with a selling agent that would leave me thinking of him as a friend! Peter's willingness from day 1 to fit in with our buying needs and requests was obvious and impressive. Always available to us, he bent over backwards to assist us as negotiation liaison with the developer/seller and bent over backwards to make sure we secured the property we wanted with the best terms possible. He continually followed up to ensure that all our needs were met - during the settlement process and even after we'd moved in.
